Start with a beginner reformer class or a 1:1 intro session. The intro lets us check your goals, set the springs correctly and teach the basics safely before you join group classes.
Our team works in English, Russian and Romanian. Tell us your preferred language when you enquire and we will match you with the right instructor or therapist.
Many people find Pilates and guided rehabilitation help them move more comfortably and build supportive strength. We assess you first and, where appropriate, work alongside your GP or specialist rather than instead of them.
Yes — please book or enquire in advance, as classes are small and treatment times are limited. The quickest way is the enquiry form or WhatsApp.
Comfortable, fitted clothing you can move in. For reformer Pilates we recommend grip socks. We have changing space; bring a water bottle and arrive a few minutes early for your first visit.
